Thank you for your comment. I agree 100%...Phillip,
Thank you for your comment. I agree 100%. Perhaps added to the list should be " Role Models"- that teachers and perhaps more importantly administrators need to model the behavior they want to see.
Thanks again for your feedback.
AkevyAkevy Greenblatthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16132204199795018650noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2709265392701307126.post-43789263539024116452010-09-13T08:35:45.291-07:002010-09-13T08:35:45.291-07:00I appreciate that both sets of "secrets"...I appreciate that both sets of "secrets" start with the concept of loving one another. Relationships are key to any growth or improvement that will happen, but too many times we assume (or hope) that love will develop or be present. Teachers and administrators need to prioritize and be proactive about demonstrating their care and concern so that the stage can be set for real improvement (change) to occur. It doesn't just happen. It must be intentional. Great thoughts, Rabbi.Philip Cummingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16234985390839246865noreply@blogger.com
