They know what they believe in and stand for, and thus, are more powerful decision makers. They are less likely to be swayed by those around them when it comes to doing what is right for the community. These are the same individuals who put KIDS first, no matter what is happening. They are the leaders who support their staff when the chips are down. They are the leaders who know that they must rely on their team for success. These are the types of leaders I want to follow. <br /><br />If I can give any advice to admin, newly appointed or farther along in their career, please take care of what is most important when it comes to our schools... relationships.
